    LEARN Behavioral provides individuals with autism with a range of services from infancy through adulthood. We are looking for a detail oriented, high energy, and organized individual to join our team as a Clinical Services Associate.  The Clinical Services Associate position is an integral part of our small operations team in Maryland and is responsible for coordinating staff and client schedules by performing diverse related office duties. This is a Full Time position, working Monday- Friday from 9am-5pm. The pay range for this role is $17-18 an hour, based on experience. 

    Responsibilities

    Scheduling Responsibilities

    • Coordinate and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly staff and client schedules for the delivery of autism services to our clients
    • Inform families and/or staff of schedule changes and update systems accordingly
    • Find alternate coverage or alternate work for staff and arrange for PTO coverage
    • Schedule make-up time to maximize contract fulfillment 
    • Participate in staff efficiency and contract fulfillment initiatives

    General Office Support

    • Receive and respond to staff and client phone and email inquiries relating to scheduling
    • Answer scheduling questions from clients and staff and escalate to appropriate management staff as necessary
    • Conduct billing and payroll audits
    • Attend regular meetings with the Clinical Team and participate in meetings with other departments as needed

    Qualifications

    • Excellent customer service skills, self-motivated, self-starter, well organized and detail oriented approach to tasks
    • Proven customer service skills and experience handling heavy call volume
    • Proactive/proven ability to anticipate needs and respond appropriately and in a timely manner
    • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
    • Excellent multi-tasking and prioritizing abilities
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills 
    • Exceptional attention to detail
    • Expected to be available for a work shift between the hours of 7:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m., Monday-Friday and available to work overtime if required

    Education, Experience and Licensure

    • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferred 
    • A minimum of three years customer service experience
    • Prior scheduling experience preferred (preferably in a healthcare setting or at an autism services provider)
