    The SPARKS Group, L.L.C. is looking for passionate people who want to make a difference. We need 
    a Part-Time Speech-Language Pathologist-CCC who can light up a child’s capacity to learn. This position will carry a caseload of up to 5 clients in the DC metro area, so travel is required for in-home services. The Part-Time Speech-Language Pathologist- CCC will work with the pediatric population, birth- 5 years of age, with a range of diagnoses.

    Responsibilities

    What Can You Expect as a Part-Time Speech-Language Pathologist-CCC?

     

    Provide direct therapy for early intervention clients ranging from 3-5 years of age

    Participate in intra-disciplinary and interdisciplinary activities relative to patient care when necessary

    Work with early intervention clients in-home, in-community and in-clinic with autism and related communication disorders

    Interact with pediatric population in a manner that is playful and motivating for the client

    Billing for services

    5-10 hours a week with flexible schedule, overseeing up to 5 clients

    Qualifications

    What SPARKS our interest in you?

     

    SLP-CCC

    State Licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist

    Licensure in District of Columbia (DC) as a Speech Language Pathologist preferred
    Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
    Experience working with children on the Autism spectrum preferred
    Excellent communication and organizational skills
    Bilingual (Spanish/English/Amharic and others) and/or Sign Language proficiency a plus
